Christian Schulz

Head of Board, Health Hackers e.V. (Erlangen, Germany)

Christian is a chemist by training and a curious guy by nature. Since 2016 he is the Head of the Board of the medical technology focused non-profit association Health Hackers e.V in Erlangen. He and his team organized +100 events for an interdisciplinary group of likeminded technology enthusiasts in healthcare. At its core the association is about sparking inspiration with creative and unconventional means. Health Hackers e.V. successfully became part of the Digital Health Hub announced by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and financially supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs for its community building excellence. Before that he was performing research on collaboration approaches between biohacker communities and the pharmaceutical industry. During that time, he was working together with Pieter van Boheemen and Roland Dierendonck on Biostrike and Biotic Games projects in Amsterdam.
